We had our first rooftop yoga session at myVillage @ Serangoon Gardens yesterday!
Initially, I was worried that the rain wouldn’t stop. The weather has been erratic recently – it could be sunny one moment, but raining the next.. and back to sunny again.. and drizzle after.. and so on… you get the drift. Luckily, the weather held up!
We didn’t really catch the sunset, as it was too cloudy when the class started. However, it was really therapeutic to look at the clouds floating in the sky as we did a gentle backbend in Anjaneyasana (low lunge) and while doing Supta Matsyendrasana (supine spinal twist).
Do join me for the next rooftop yoga session this coming Sunday (19th Feb), at 8am! Some of you might be thinking, “Oh gosh, so earlllllyyy? I’m afraid I can’t wake up..” Maybe now it’s the time to start a new, good habit! Join me for a few weeks, and you will realise that it isn’t that hard to wake up early. Plus, you’ll accomplish a lot more when you start your day early! 😉
See you on 19th Feb, 8am! Refer to Rooftop Yoga Singapore for more details. Class packages available too! Remember me email me to RSVP so that you can be informed if class is cancelled due to bad weather.
